Membership Terms

1. Scope and acceptance

These Membership Terms supplement the Terms of Service and apply whenever you purchase, renew, or use a paid Postmilo membership. By confirming a purchase, you agree to these Membership Terms and authorize the charges clearly presented to you at checkout.

You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to use the selected payment method. If these Membership Terms conflict with the Terms of Service on a membership payment issue, these Membership Terms control for that issue.

2. Membership options

Auto-Renewing Membership

An “Auto-Renewing Membership” provides paid access for the monthly or annual period you select. It automatically renews for successive periods of the same length until you cancel or Postmilo ends the membership. Your renewal date and current status will be shown in the Service or in your subscription-management experience.

One-Time Membership

A “One-Time Membership” provides paid access for the fixed period shown when you purchase it. It is charged once, does not automatically renew, and ends on the displayed expiration date unless you separately purchase more time.

The Membership page describes the current benefits available. The purchase confirmation controls the offer you accept for that paid period. Membership applies to the Postmilo account used for the purchase and may not be transferred, shared, sold, or combined with another account.

3. Price, currency, and taxes

Before you confirm a purchase, Postmilo will show the price in U.S. dollars, the billing or access period, whether the purchase renews automatically, and any taxes we are required to collect. The amount shown at checkout controls that purchase.

Prices may vary by offer, purchase date, or plan. Promotions apply only as stated and may have separate eligibility or expiration rules. You are responsible for taxes not collected by Postmilo where required by law.

4. Payment and billing authorization

Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider. You authorize Postmilo and its payment provider to charge the payment method you select for the amount shown at checkout, including applicable taxes.

For an Auto-Renewing Membership, this authorization continues for each renewal until you cancel. You must keep your payment information current. We may receive transaction identifiers, billing status, plan, amount, and limited payment details from the payment provider, but the provider may retain your full payment-card information under its own terms and privacy policy.

5. Automatic renewal and notice

Unless you cancel before the renewal is processed, an Auto-Renewing Membership will renew at the price and frequency disclosed for your plan. If the renewal date falls on a date that does not occur in a particular month, the charge may be processed on the closest available date.

We will send renewal reminders and cancellation information when required by applicable law.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel an Auto-Renewing Membership at any time through the subscription-management option made available in the Service or through the payment provider identified at purchase. We will not require you to contact sales or complete unrelated steps to stop renewal.

Cancellation stops the next recurring charge. Your paid access continues until the end of your current paid period, after which your account returns to the Free plan unless you make another purchase. Canceling does not delete your Postmilo account or content.

A One-Time Membership does not need to be canceled because it does not renew.

7. Refunds

Membership fees are generally non-refundable, and we do not provide credits or prorated refunds for unused time, changes in use, or cancellation during a paid period, except where required by law.

Refunds may be approved by Postmilo or provided when required by law. Approved refunds will ordinarily be returned to the original payment method. Payment-provider processing times may apply.

8. Failed payments

If a charge fails, we may ask you to update your payment method, retry the charge, or suspend paid benefits. We will not treat a failed charge as a completed purchase. Restoring payment does not guarantee that a previous price or promotion remains available.

You remain responsible for valid amounts that became due before cancellation or termination. We will not charge future renewal periods after a cancellation has taken effect.

9. Changes to price and purchase terms

Postmilo may change future membership prices, periods, or purchase terms. A change will not increase the price or reduce the paid period you already purchased. For an Auto-Renewing Membership, we will provide any notice and cancellation information required by applicable law before a material change or fee change takes effect.

If you do not agree with a future change, you may cancel before the affected renewal. The terms disclosed for that renewal will govern it.

10. Expiration, suspension, and termination

When paid access ends, your account returns to the Free service then available. Your account and content continue to be governed by the Terms of Service, while the Membership page describes current access.

We may suspend or end membership for nonpayment, fraud, chargeback abuse, or a material violation of the Terms of Service. If we terminate paid access because of your violation, you are not entitled to a refund except where required by law. If Postmilo ends a paid service early without your violation, any refund or other remedy will be provided as required by law or the offer you purchased.

11. Changes to these Membership Terms and contact

We may update these Membership Terms. Revised terms apply to new purchases from the effective date shown. For an existing Auto-Renewing Membership, changes apply prospectively subject to any notice or acceptance required by applicable law.
